The story

The Person Behind Scale On Time

John Lewis Williams grew up in Minnesota, reading his mother her newspaper horoscope aloud every day because she did not read English well. He went into tech sales at seventeen, for HP, Adobe, Apple and IBM, and learned there how systems are built.

He built an online business teaching timing, which Business Insider covered in June 2022. Scale On Time exists because owners kept buying tool after tool while the vision got quieter. It deploys AI as one layer over the tools they already have.

He works from Bali, Indonesia. Working sessions end by six in the evening, Bali time.
